Welcome to ANOTHER Yugioh story. I know that I have a real problem with them which I know but like with Pokemon, I love the series excluding the new one for petty reasons like the main protagonist looking like a girl to me and the complicated Pendulum Summon. I may do something with it one day but right now, nope. So enjoy a new story with children card games. Also the title may sound similar to a previous story but it is a huge change from it because Bob is the main hero. Robin will make an appearance in this maybe.
Bob P.O.V
I was standing in a empty field. I then walked around and I saw a tablet. It had a picture of a golden armor king standing next to a king wearing armor very similar to Darkness. I then touched it and I fell down in pain. "You will learn your destiny real soon Bob." said a mysterious voice. I was then grabbed by some devils and I was being torn apart by them. "No!" I yelled. I woke up in my soft bed and I rubbed my eyes.
I said,"That was a weird dream to say the least.". "Are you okay Bob? You're sweating." said a girl. I then saw one of my spirits standing there who looked concerned over me. She had long crimson red hair that goes down to her thighs, she has a single hair strand sticking out from the top of her hair, her hair has some loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing out her face.She has blue-green eyes and a buxom figure.

This is one of my Duel Monsters Rias. She is one of my closest spirits due to many reasons which you will find out really soon. Isaw her sleeping next to me and I said,"I'm fine Rias. I just had a bad dream. I'll be fine.". "Do you need to make you fell better Bob?" said Rias. My face went red as my bedroom door opened up. I saw another spirit standing there. She had long pink hair which went up to her knees and green eyes. "Moka?!" I said.
I was pushed out of my room. I heard the two girls arguing and I sighed. "I should be used to this but I'm not." I thought. I walked toward my bathroom and I entered my shower. I came out of my shower and I went into my room which didn't have the two girls arguing inside of it. I went toward my mirror and I saw that my jet black hair was still dripping wet and I saw my purple eyes.They were tired and I thought,"I guess that dream affect more than I thought. I hope the girls don't notice.".
I walked downstairs wearing my gray jacket, a red shirt with the symbol of the Red Lantern Corps on it, blue jeans, and my gray tennis shoes with my black and red shoelaces. I then saw my care keeper who was working on breakfast. She is the Duel Monster spirit Star Saber. She was a machine but she could pull off a pretty convincing human. She had long purple hair and blue eyes. She said to me and she looked at me,"Good morning Bob. Did you sleep okay?".
"I did." I said. I sat down and Star said,"I heard yelling coming from your room this morning. Did Moka catch Rias sleeping with you?". "Yep." I said. "That girl. So are you ready for Duel Academy Bob?" said Star. "I guess Star. I mean I was up all night studying some dueling techniques. I'm ready for anything that they bring to me Star." I said. Star smiled as she said,"I got something to tell you.". I stopped eating as I said,"What is it Star?".
"All of us got jobs to pay for your tuition. You are going to be in the best dorm on campus. Obelisk Blue." said Star. I said,"You guys are awesome.". "Don't go weak Bob. We need you to be ready to duel anyone who challenge us." said a male voice. I then saw the spirit Jet Blade standing there. He was Star Saber's boyfriend and my pseudo dad. He had long red hair and blue eyes. "I know but you guys did this for me. You guys are the best family that a guy could have." I said.
"So is everyone ready to go?" said Star ."Yep. We are all ready. Are you Bob? I mean we are going to be away from home for who knows how long." said Jet. I stood up and I said,"Yep. Time for the dueling world to meet Robert Percival Yagami.". I grabbed my bag and my duel disk which you will learn about later. I left my house which was an apartment in every shape as I was running to my Duel Exams which were on the other side of town

I went through crowds of people as I reached the park. "Man I'm going to be so late. I shouldn't have stopped for a mid day snack." I said to myself. I then ran directly into a man. My duel disk which was red, black, and gray flew right in front of me and my deck fell out. "I'm sorry Mister. I wasn't looking on where I was going you see. I'm going to be late toward my dueling exams so I had to rush and I crashed into you." I said.
"It is no problem. Here take this." said the man. He then handed me a card and he said,"She wanted to join you for some reason. I never understood her but she made me love life. Later kid and good luck kid.". He then walked off as I said,"Isn't he?". "You should get going Bob. You've your exams soon remember?" said a new voice. "Right!" I said. I kept running and I didn't know that this card that the man gave me would change my life forever.
I made to the exams and I was tired. "Man. That was a run. Thank the gods that I ran every morning or I would have died." I thought. I then saw that everyone was looking at me. My purple eyes looked just like one of the best duelist of the world Yugi Moto. I was called mini Yugi for the longest time. I then saw everyone walking into testing room and I followed them.
I sat in the back and I said,"Hi.". He had light blue hair and gray eyes under some huge glasses. He was wearing a school uniform with a yellow undershirt. I said,"My name is Bob.". "Hi. The name is Syrus Truesdale. You must be new in town. I mean I've never seen you before." said Syrus. "Yep. I was totally new in town." I said. I been living here in town with my spirits since I started Elementary School.
I learned how to read really fast, write in several different language new and old, speak them, and other stuff because of them. I never went to school or left my apartment during the day so I got why Syrus hadn't seen me before today. I would be sad about having no friends but I have friends to say the least. "So are you ready? I heard this test is going to be super hard." said Syrus. "You don't need to worry about me Syrus. I got this." I said.

Narrator P.O.V.
Several teacher from Duel Academy were here to test students who weren't from privates schools due to them being focused on dueling. The head professor sat there. He had blond hair which is sectioned in two layers, with the layer furthest from his face from his face tightly bound up in a ponytail. He was wearing a strange variation of the Obelisk Blue Uniform which had golf trimmings and ruffled pink collar, shoulders, upper chest, and sleeves. He also has Crescent-shaped earrings.
"Look at them. They don't deserve to be here at Duel Academy. Only the best of the best should be here." thought the professor. "Um Miss. Crowler." said a man. He looked at the man and he said,"It is Doctor Crowler. What is it?"." We have a student that you might want to see." said the man. "Who is it? Is it just some Slifer Slackers? We already have enough of those this year." said Crowler. "No. He is an Obelisk Blue." said the man.
Crowler held Bob's paperwork and the man said,"He scored a 100 on the dueling section, a 100 on the regular schools stuff, and the full 200 points on the Written Essay. He is an expert student.". "I see. He payed for his tuition with some help from his family. He must be poor and with that, his deck must suck for sure." said Crowler. "Who knows?" said the man. "I'll duel him." said Crowler. "What test deck are you going to use?" said the man. "I got it." said Crowler.
Bob P.O.V
I was sitting in the stands waiting for my turn for a duel. I was sitting with my friend Syrus who went to go duel earlier. I saw Moka and Rias who were arguing over who gets to sit in the seat next to me as I sighed. "Those two are like children." I said under my breath. I saw a duel. It was with Bastion Misawa's duel who was against a duel instructor. He was rumored to be the smartest student in our class but once people see my grades, they will be singing a different song.
"Hey Bob." said Syrus. The small boy stood there and I said,"You did great Syrus.". "No. I didn't. I failed the test. I will be lucky to get in." said Syrus. "You will get in." I said. "How are you so sure Bob?" said Syrus. "I call it a Sense. I've been right with them so far." I said. "That is quite funny. I mean Psychic aren't real." said a boy. I then saw Bastion Misawa standing there and I thought,"You need to learn of personal space".
He had Black hair which is neatly arranges, with a large portion flushed to the back and slightly to his left, featuring different layers where the sloping changes direction. "How are you so sure about that Bastion? My name is Syrus Truesdale and this is my friend Bob Yagami right?" said Syrus. I nodded as Bastion said,"Science Syrus and Bob."."That makes sense Bastion but I'tve seen stuff which make science question things." I said.
I then heard my name being called and I said,"Bastion. Be prepared to watch the best duel you have ever seen. I'm going to be the next King of Games.". I walked off as I heard Syrus and Bastion say in unison,"What makes him so sure about that?". "Just watch for sure." I said. I saw my opponent and he was a strange on to say the very least. The only thing that I could say about him is that he looks like a woman or clown at the circus.
I then saw his duel disk which was worn horizontally across his torso, which has a motion sensor that looked like it could automatically ejects cards from his deck when he is ready to draw. "You ready to lose?" said Crowler. "Sure but are you the School Mascot or something?" I said. Some laughed from the students watching me and he said,"I'm your dueling professor! You will respect me.". "I gotcha you Teach. Are you ready to duel?" I said.
I activated my disk and Crowler said,"Since I'm such a nice guy, I will let you go first.". I drew a card and I said,"I got you teach. I summon Dark Blade in attack mode!". The armored warrior stood there as I said in a second,"I then activate the spell Double Summon to summon a warrior that has trained in the coldest environment on the planet Earth. So he is pretty strong to me at least. I now summon Ice Warrior in attack mode!".

Ice Warrior. Attribute Water. LV 4. ATK 1600 DEF 1600. Warrior/Effect. A warrior who is made out of the ice itself. He trains himself in the coldest environment on the planet so he can make himself stronger due to him believing in the Spirit King for the rest of his days. He gains 500 ATK and DEF points for every turn that he is on the field.
Crowler and the crowd saw my monster standing there. He was wearing a mixture of white and light blue and it was armor. He also had a sword made of frozen ice. "I now end my turn with 2 sweet and cool facedowns. Your turn Professor." I said. Crowler then drew a card and he said,"I play the spell Confiscation. Do you know how this card works Robert?". I wasn't raised under a rock so I decided to play along with him.
"Yep and call me Bob. You pay 1000 life points to take a look at my hand and then you send one of my cards to the grave but since I only have one card left. It goes into the graveyard." I said. I placed it in the grave as Crowler said,"I then place down 2 facedowns card and I play the spell Heavy Storm to get rid of your facedowns!". I then saw my Scrap Iron Scarecrow and Mirror Force go straight to the grave and I saw 2 golden snakes there.
"You placed down two Statue of the Wicked didn't you?" I said. "You are smart than you look Bob. I now sacrifice my statues to summon Ancient Gear Golem in attack mode!" said Crowler. I then saw a robot which looked really rusted and Crowler said,"I now attack your overgrown Popsicle with my golem's Mechanized Melee!".I then lost 1400 life points and Crowler said,"You have no chance to win. You should give up. I end my turn.".
I drew a card and I smiled a big grin. "What is good over there Bob?" said Crowler. "This card teach so I play the spell card Lucky Hand! This allows me to draw 5 cards." I said. Lucky Hand was a fav of mine because it saved my ass in countless duels before hand . It was going to do it again for sure. I just know it. I then drew 5 cards and I saw the card that the man gave to me earlier today. My sweet drawing ability is weird.
Lucky Hand. Spell. Normal. Lets you draw 5 cards from your deck.
It was a girl. She had wild white and purple hair, two demonic wings, she had black and sliver armor, she had an orange eye and green eye, sickly pink skin, blue lips and pointed teeth, and a giant eye as it was staring right at me. "You should play me Bob." said the voice from earlier. I then looked at my hand and I said,"Okay. I now play the spell Demon Revival. This allows my Ice Warrior to make his comeback!".
"Yep and call me Bob. You pay 1000 life points to take a look at my hand and then you send one of my cards to the grave but since I only have one card left. It goes into the graveyard." I said. Sinister Serpent.".The green snake with wings then appeared as I said,"I send my two warriors into my grave to summon Yubel to the field!".Then she appeared as Crowler said who couldn't holding in his laughter at all which made me mad,"Really? That monster is so weak.".
The Helpful Friend. Spell. Normal. Lets you special summon a monster under 4000 ATK points from your deck.
She looked at me and she said,"You won't be disappointed Bob. I promise you that.". "K. I now place a facedown card and I send my Serpent to the grave to keep Yubel on my field." I said. Crowler then said,"I now attack your monster winning me this duel! Show her your Mechanized Melee!". I smiled as I said,"I activate her special effect. She can't be destroy in battle and also you lose life points equal to your monster's ATK and I count a cool 3000. So you can do the math teach." I said.
"I lost?" said Crowler. "Yep. Show him your Nightmare Pain." I said. "It would be my pleasure Bob and it will be fun." said Yubel. She then destroy the robot as it fell on Crowler. The crowd cheered for me and I said,"I hope to keep making you guys enjoy my duels. I promise to always make them amazing.". I walked off as I looked at Yubel's card.She then winked at me and I thought,"This day is getting weird by the minute.".
I was walking away and I thought to myself,"I really hope that Duel Academy isn't the strangest thing that I have done in my life.". Little did I know that, I was so right about that. My life at school aka the Duel Academy gets far more confused and weird from the beginning to my third year. I shouldn't tell you about now because then you wouldn't read the series and that would just make no sense. You get me folks? It'll makes sense.

Next Time,
Bob meets Yubel. He learns more of what that tablet from his dreams is and also he is dueling with an annoying prep kid. A normal day for him.
