Bob was looking at Charmander, Brave, Inferno, and Scyther.Since Bolt's evolution into Arcanine, Bob changed up his battle plan to defeat Erika and win himself the Rainbow Badge."Okay guys. We are going to go see Ashley's match in the Battle Chateau here in town." said Bob.The three were confused as Bob said,"It is her dream and she is supporting my dream.".The four nod as Ashley said,"You look happy Bob.".
She stood there with Bulbasaur, Diglett, Pikachu, and Clefairy."Hey guys. So are you two ready to evolve?" said Bob.They nod because Bob bought a Thunderstone and Moonstone for them because they like to fight more than anything else."So who is going to be joining us today?" said Bob.Ashley sat next to him and she said,"Well I know that Sonia, Shawn, and Gary are training for their eighth badge. Ash, Brock, and Misty are training for their seventh badge. Calem and Serena have their thing to do today. So it is just you and me.".

The trainers then saw a Raichu and Clefable standing there.Ashley's Pokedex then scanned Raichu first because he was caught first,"Raichu, the Mouse Pokemon. This Pokemon exudes a weak electrical charge from all over its body that makes it take on a slight glow in darkness. Raichu plants its tail in the ground to discharge electricity. Your Pokemon learned Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Hyper Beam, Thunder, Rain Dance, Dig, Return, Brick Break, Focus Blast, Giga Impact, Charge Beam, Grass Knot, Wild Charge, Volt Tackle, Focus Punch, Discharge, Mega Kick, and Surf.".
Dextra said,"Clefable, the Fairy Pokemon. Clefable moves by skipping lightly as if it were flying using its wings. Its bouncy step even lets it walk on water. It is known to take strolls on lakes on quiet, moonlit nights. Your Pokemon learn Disarming Voice, Psyshock, Blizzard, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Hyper Beam, Protect, Thunder, Return, Dig, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Brick Brick, Flamethrower,Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Charge Beam, Incinerate, Giga Impact, Grass Knot, Power-Up Punch, Dazzling Gleam, Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Focus Punch, Ice Punch, Iron Tail, Thunder Punch, Water Pulse, Zen Headbutt, and Moonblast.".

The two return their Pokemon as Ashley saw a Vileplume.She pulled out her Pokedex and it said with his monotone voice,"Vileplume, the Flower Pokemon. Vileplume has the world's largest petals. They are used to attract prey that are then doused with toxic spores. Once the prey are immobilized, this Pokemon catches and devours them. This Pokemon is Male."."I wonder what he doing here Bob. Do you think Flora can talk to him?" said Ashley.
He stood there and he said,"Hi. Are either of you battling in the Battle Chateau?"."I am. Why do you ask Vileplume?" said Ashley.He then bowed as he said,"Please let me join you! I can be a big help!"."So are you going to catch him?" said Bob."Yeah. I mean what could go wrong?" said Ashley.She captured him as Bob said,"You ready to go?"."Yeah." said Ashley.
The two were in front of the Battle Chateau and Bob opened the door.The two saw Turner waiting for them."How do you get here from Cerulean Cave Turner?" said Ashley."I have brothers who look like me just like Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy have." said Turner."Yeah. You didn't know that Ashley." said Bob."Somewhat." said Ashley."So I shall take the Viscountess to her dressing room?" said Turner."Sure. See you at the arena Bob. Can you let out Raichu and Clefable once you get there?" said Ashley."Sure." said Bob.
He stood there and he release out the two Pokemon.They looked for their trainer and Bob said,"She is getting changed as we speak. Don't worry. She is fine."."Bob? Is that you?" said a girl.Bob then saw Laura standing there and Bob said,"Hey Laura.".She walked over as she said,"These two must belong to Ashley. So where is she?"."She is competing with seven other trainers to became a Marquis for the guys and a Marchioness for the girls." said Bob."He is right Laura." said Ashley.
Ashley stood there with her blond hair looking it just like it just came out of a salon and she was wearing a red dress."You look awesome Ashley." said Bob.She smiled as she said,"Thanks Bob."."So what's with the dress?" said Laura."Turner says that all trainers need to wear a dress for the girls and a suit for the guys if they wished to compete at this level. I better get down there. Wish me luck." said Ashley."You don't need it Ashley. I mean you are one of the best trainers I know. You have this." said Bob.

"You know about that?!" said Bob.He pouted as Laura said,"Gary posted that fact yesterday on Trainers News. I think Red is angry at Blue but who knows?"."I see. I shall see you at the Pokemon Gym. I wish you luck in winning your badge. You'll need it to defeat me." said Erika.She walked off as Laura said,"She is interesting."."She sure is. I wonder how Ashley is doing." said Bob.
Ashley stood there with 2 other girls and 4 males."So did you hear about Sally?" said a girl with brown hair."Yeah. I heard that she is a beautiful young lass." said a man with a gentleman like aura to him.Ashley then saw Sally standing there.She had long blue hair, blue eyes, and she was wearing a blue dress.She was very pretty.She stood next to Ashley and Turner said,"You eight will face off against each other for the rank of Marquis for the gentlemen and the ladies shall try for the rank of Marchioness. Am I clear?".
Ashley stood across from the gentleman from early whose name is Shaw."Lets go Poliwrath!" said Shaw.The giant frog like Pokemon appeared as Ashley said,"Go Ivysaur!".She appeared as the ref said,"Begin."."Ice Beam!" said Shaw."Dodge and then Grass Knot!" said Ashley.The frog fell down as Ashley said,"Seed Bomb!".The bomb spread as it was knocked out."Winner Ashley." said Turner.
Ashley won her battle against the brown haired gift Freda who used a Voltorb against Ashley's Diglett who was happy about her win.Ashley was standing across from Sally because of her impressive win against her opponents only using her Espeon."Do you travel with a boy named Bob?" said Sally."Yeah? Why?" said Ashley."I see. You are the closest girl to him. Lets go Kingdra." said Sally.
A giant seahorse appeared as Bob's Pokedex scanned the seahorse,"Kingdra, the Dragon Pokemon. Kingdra lives at extreme ocean depths that are otherwise uninhabited. It has long been believed that the yawning of this Pokemon creates spiraling ocean currents. This Pokemon is Male."."Go Vileplume!" said Ashley.
He came out as Ashley's Pokedex scanned him,"This Pokemon knows the moves Mega Drain, Stun Spore, Aromatherapy, Poison Powder, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Toxic, Venoshock, Sunny Day, Protect, Solar Beam, Return, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Dazzling Gleam, Ingrain, Razor Leaf, Synthesis, Drain Punch, Giga Drain, and Seed Bomb.".The ref said,"Begin!".
"Hydro Pump!" said Sally."Dodge and place down Grass Knots!" said Ashley.He ran dodging pressured water as he placed traps."That isn't going work Ashley. Ice Beam!" said Sally.The knots were frozen as Sally said,"Blizzard!"."Protect!" said Ashley.The ice move was blocked as Sally said,"Now! Dragon Pulse!"."Ingrain and Solar Beam!" said Ashley.The attack was fired as Kingdra was hit."Dazzling Gleam!" said Ashley.The attack knocked out the Dragon Pokemon and Turner said,"The winner is Marchioness Ashley.".
Bob was feeding Vileplume, Diglett, and Ivysaur."I thought breakfast would have satisfy you guys but I guess battling to win made you hungry." said Bob.The three were eating happily as Laura said,"They really like your cooking Bob."."Thanks. My cooking was been called five star worthy but I'm not sure. So how many badges do you have?" said Bob."Eight. I am ready for the Pokemon League but I know that you will make it time Bob." said Laura.
Ashley stood there as her Pokemon tackled her."They are happy Ashley because you won your battle against Sally who just left." said Laura.She return her Pokemon as Ashley said,"So are you ready for the gym Bob? I mean you and your Pokemon are ready."."Yeah. You coming Laura?" said Bob."Yes I am. I would like to see you in a gym battle. " said Laura."Then lets go." said Bob.
The three then stood in front of the Celadon City Gym as Bob saw Calem and Serena waiting for them."Did you think I was going to miss one of your Gym Battles? I would be a bad friend." said Calem."Yeah and I would be tackled by Bolt." said Serena."I see. You ready to cheer on Bob?" said Ashley."Yep. I wish you luck Bob. You'll need it against her." said Laura.
The five walked into the gym which was like a greenhouse and they saw Erika holding an Eevee in her arms.It was breathing heavily as Bob said,"What happened?"."Ah Robert. I found this Eevee outside of my Gym only a few moments ago. It was surround by some Psychic Pokemon. My Vileplume took care of them alongside Eevee who turned into one of its evolved forms." said Erika."Do you know which one?" said Calem."I have no idea young man. I am worried because it is close to death.." said Erika.
Bob then held the Eevee in his arms as he said,"I can heal it with my aura.".Bob's eyes glowed alongside the Evolution Pokemon."What is he doing?" whispered Serena."I think he is healing the Pokemon young lady." said Erika."Bob is full of surprises right Ashley?" said Laura."Yeah. He is." said Ashley.Eevee then looked at Bob and it said,"Thank you! My name is Scampers."."You can talk?!" said the group."Of course I can. I mean I am not your normal Pokemon." said Scampers.
Erika stood across from Bob and Scampers as she said,"Are you ready for a four on four battle Bob? I won't be going easy on you since I know that you have Aura along your side."."Yep. Lets go Brave!" said Bob.The bird appeared as he said,"You'll explain later. We have a battle to win. You ready Bob?".Bob nod as Erika said,"I see that you picked a Flying Pokemon. I will still win this with my Victreebel!".
Then a weird looking plant Pokemon stood there and Calem Pokedex said,"Victreebel, the Flycatcher Pokemon. Victreebel has a long vine that extends from its head. This vine is waved and flicked about as if it were an animal to attract prey. When an unsuspecting prey draws near, this Pokemon swallows it whole. This Pokemon is Female.".The ref then said,"Begin! Brave vs Victreebel!".
Bob said,"Steel Wing!"."Acid!" said Erika.Brave was covered with Acid as Erika said,"Vine Whip into Solar Beam!".Brave was knocked toward Bob as Bob said,"Roost!".He gained back some health thanks to his feathers as Erika said,"Lets end him! Solar Beam and Leaf Storm!"."Fly up and then Brave Bird! You got this Brave!" said Bob.He then crashed into her and she was knocked out."Winner Brave!" said the ref.
Brave was tired as he said,"I need to get stronger Bob. I want to be able to defeat any Pokemon"."You will. Now take a good long rest." said Bob.He return the Bird as Erika said,"Lets go Gloom!".Then a very depressing looking Pokemon came out as Serena's Pokedex read it,"Gloom. the Weed Pokemon. Gloom releases a foul fragrance from the pistil of its flower. When faced with danger, the stench worsens. If this Pokemon is feeling calm and secure, it does not release its usual stinky armor. This Pokemon is Male.".
Bob said,"Lets go Inferno!".She stood there as the ref said,"Begin! Inferno vs Gloom!"."Poison Powder Gloom!" said Erika."Block it with Smokescreen!" said Bob.The attack was blocked as Erika said,"Petal Dance!"."Flame Burst each petal!" said Bob.She then burns the leaves as Gloom was confused."Lets go with a Sunny Day and Fire Spin!" said Bob.She then trapped him in a tornado of fire as it burned him.The fire was gone as Gloom was knocked out."Winner Inferno!" said the ref.
She smiled as she said,"An epic finish as Thunder would say. I mean he would do this but he would use a lot of Thunder to knock out poor Gloom.".Bob return her as Scampers said,"Your Pokemon are strong Bob. Why can't they talk?"."Who knows? Lets go Scyther!" said Bob.He stood there as Erika said,"He looks like a strong warrior Bob. I show him my strongest Pokemon when it comes to physical power alone. Go Tangrowth!".
Then a huge Pokemon made out of blue vines stood there as Ashley's Pokedex scanned it,"Tangrowth, The Vine Pokemon. It ensnares prey by extending arms made of vines. Losing arms to predators does not trouble it. This Pokemon is Female."."Begin! Scyther vs Tangrowth!"."Razor Wind!" said Bob.He fired out several attacks on the monster as she grew her vines back due to her being in full control of them."Now lets see who you deal with an Ancient Power!" said Erika.Then rocks appeared from nowhere."Focus Energy and Steel Wing!" said Bob.
His wings then destroyed the rocks as Bob said,"X-Scissor into Hyper Beam!".The Vine Pokemon was knocked out as she was covered with cuts and bruises and Scyther smiled."Winner Scyther!" said the ref."It was an battle that I won't. I remember all of my battles so I won't forget this one." said Scyther.Bob return him as Erika said,"Time for you to face my final Pokemon. Go Vileplume!".Her ace Pokemon stood there as Bob said,"Lets go Charmander!".He stood there as the ref said,"Begin! Vileplume vs Charmander!".
"Drain Punch!" said Erika."Dodge and then Ember!" said Bob.He burned her a little as Erika said,"Time for an Venoshock!".He was poisoned as Erika said,"Petal Dance!".He was slashed by them as Bob said,"Hone Claws and Dragon Dance! Show her your Fire Blast!".He then fired the attack as she felt the burn.Bob then said,"Outrage!".He went crazy as Bob said,"Overheat!".The Plant Pokemon was finished as the ref said,"Winner Charmander!".
He then glowed as Bob said,"Sweetness!".Then the evolved Pokemon stood there and he tackled Bob.Bob's Pokedex then said,"Charmeleon, the Flame Pokemon. Charmeleon mercilessly destroys its foes using its sharp claws. If it encounters a strong foe, it turns aggressive. In this excited state, the flame at the tip of its tail flares with a bluish white color. Your Pokemon learned the moves Protect, Return, and Thunder Punch.".
Bob stood there with Scampers in his arms.Erika walked over to him and she said,'You are just like your father. He was quite the trainer and he still is. I wish you good luck against Koga and Sabrina. You'll need it.".Bob placed the Rainbow Badge in his badge case as Calem said,"Now you aren't that far behind the others.".Bob sulked as he captured Scampers who rested into a Pokeball."Lets go back to the Pokemon Center." said Serena."Right. Someone birthday is tomorrow." said Ashley."Yeah. And we are going to party." said Laura.They walked out of the Gym.

Ashley stood there as her Pokemon tackled her."They are happy Ashley because you won your battle against Sally who just left." said Laura.She return her Pokemon as Ashley said,"So are you ready for the gym Bob? I mean you and your Pokemon are ready."."Yeah. You coming Laura?" said Bob."Yes I am. I would like to see you in a gym battle. " said Laura."Then lets go." said Bob.
The three then stood in front of the Celadon City Gym as Bob saw Calem and Serena waiting for them."Did you think I was going to miss one of your Gym Battles? I would be a bad friend." said Calem."Yeah and I would be tackled by Bolt." said Serena."I see. You ready to cheer on Bob?" said Ashley."Yep. I wish you luck Bob. You'll need it against her." said Laura.
The five walked into the gym which was like a greenhouse and they saw Erika holding an Eevee in her arms.It was breathing heavily as Bob said,"What happened?"."Ah Robert. I found this Eevee outside of my Gym only a few moments ago. It was surround by some Psychic Pokemon. My Vileplume took care of them alongside Eevee who turned into one of its evolved forms." said Erika."Do you know which one?" said Calem."I have no idea young man. I am worried because it is close to death.." said Erika.
Bob then held the Eevee in his arms as he said,"I can heal it with my aura.".Bob's eyes glowed alongside the Evolution Pokemon."What is he doing?" whispered Serena."I think he is healing the Pokemon young lady." said Erika."Bob is full of surprises right Ashley?" said Laura."Yeah. He is." said Ashley.Eevee then looked at Bob and it said,"Thank you! My name is Scampers."."You can talk?!" said the group."Of course I can. I mean I am not your normal Pokemon." said Scampers.
Erika stood across from Bob and Scampers as she said,"Are you ready for a four on four battle Bob? I won't be going easy on you since I know that you have Aura along your side."."Yep. Lets go Brave!" said Bob.The bird appeared as he said,"You'll explain later. We have a battle to win. You ready Bob?".Bob nod as Erika said,"I see that you picked a Flying Pokemon. I will still win this with my Victreebel!".
Then a weird looking plant Pokemon stood there and Calem Pokedex said,"Victreebel, the Flycatcher Pokemon. Victreebel has a long vine that extends from its head. This vine is waved and flicked about as if it were an animal to attract prey. When an unsuspecting prey draws near, this Pokemon swallows it whole. This Pokemon is Female.".The ref then said,"Begin! Brave vs Victreebel!".
Bob said,"Steel Wing!"."Acid!" said Erika.Brave was covered with Acid as Erika said,"Vine Whip into Solar Beam!".Brave was knocked toward Bob as Bob said,"Roost!".He gained back some health thanks to his feathers as Erika said,"Lets end him! Solar Beam and Leaf Storm!"."Fly up and then Brave Bird! You got this Brave!" said Bob.He then crashed into her and she was knocked out."Winner Brave!" said the ref.
Brave was tired as he said,"I need to get stronger Bob. I want to be able to defeat any Pokemon"."You will. Now take a good long rest." said Bob.He return the Bird as Erika said,"Lets go Gloom!".Then a very depressing looking Pokemon came out as Serena's Pokedex read it,"Gloom. the Weed Pokemon. Gloom releases a foul fragrance from the pistil of its flower. When faced with danger, the stench worsens. If this Pokemon is feeling calm and secure, it does not release its usual stinky armor. This Pokemon is Male.".
Bob said,"Lets go Inferno!".She stood there as the ref said,"Begin! Inferno vs Gloom!"."Poison Powder Gloom!" said Erika."Block it with Smokescreen!" said Bob.The attack was blocked as Erika said,"Petal Dance!"."Flame Burst each petal!" said Bob.She then burns the leaves as Gloom was confused."Lets go with a Sunny Day and Fire Spin!" said Bob.She then trapped him in a tornado of fire as it burned him.The fire was gone as Gloom was knocked out."Winner Inferno!" said the ref.
She smiled as she said,"An epic finish as Thunder would say. I mean he would do this but he would use a lot of Thunder to knock out poor Gloom.".Bob return her as Scampers said,"Your Pokemon are strong Bob. Why can't they talk?"."Who knows? Lets go Scyther!" said Bob.He stood there as Erika said,"He looks like a strong warrior Bob. I show him my strongest Pokemon when it comes to physical power alone. Go Tangrowth!".
Then a huge Pokemon made out of blue vines stood there as Ashley's Pokedex scanned it,"Tangrowth, The Vine Pokemon. It ensnares prey by extending arms made of vines. Losing arms to predators does not trouble it. This Pokemon is Female."."Begin! Scyther vs Tangrowth!"."Razor Wind!" said Bob.He fired out several attacks on the monster as she grew her vines back due to her being in full control of them."Now lets see who you deal with an Ancient Power!" said Erika.Then rocks appeared from nowhere."Focus Energy and Steel Wing!" said Bob.
His wings then destroyed the rocks as Bob said,"X-Scissor into Hyper Beam!".The Vine Pokemon was knocked out as she was covered with cuts and bruises and Scyther smiled."Winner Scyther!" said the ref."It was an battle that I won't. I remember all of my battles so I won't forget this one." said Scyther.Bob return him as Erika said,"Time for you to face my final Pokemon. Go Vileplume!".Her ace Pokemon stood there as Bob said,"Lets go Charmander!".He stood there as the ref said,"Begin! Vileplume vs Charmander!".
"Drain Punch!" said Erika."Dodge and then Ember!" said Bob.He burned her a little as Erika said,"Time for an Venoshock!".He was poisoned as Erika said,"Petal Dance!".He was slashed by them as Bob said,"Hone Claws and Dragon Dance! Show her your Fire Blast!".He then fired the attack as she felt the burn.Bob then said,"Outrage!".He went crazy as Bob said,"Overheat!".The Plant Pokemon was finished as the ref said,"Winner Charmander!".
He then glowed as Bob said,"Sweetness!".Then the evolved Pokemon stood there and he tackled Bob.Bob's Pokedex then said,"Charmeleon, the Flame Pokemon. Charmeleon mercilessly destroys its foes using its sharp claws. If it encounters a strong foe, it turns aggressive. In this excited state, the flame at the tip of its tail flares with a bluish white color. Your Pokemon learned the moves Protect, Return, and Thunder Punch.".
Bob stood there with Scampers in his arms.Erika walked over to him and she said,'You are just like your father. He was quite the trainer and he still is. I wish you good luck against Koga and Sabrina. You'll need it.".Bob placed the Rainbow Badge in his badge case as Calem said,"Now you aren't that far behind the others.".Bob sulked as he captured Scampers who rested into a Pokeball."Lets go back to the Pokemon Center." said Serena."Right. Someone birthday is tomorrow." said Ashley."Yeah. And we are going to party." said Laura.They walked out of the Gym.
